Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that ALL appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time to qualify for a deposit refund.
IMPORTANT: If you fail to cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, you WILL be charged 100% of the FULL SERVICE PRICE for the service you booked.
This policy also applies to no-shows and last-minute cancellations.
SPECIALTY SERVICES & CUSTOM HAIR DEPOSITS
For specialty appointments, including Hair Extensions ,wigs , K-Tips, I-Tips, and services requiring customized hair, all deposits used toward purchasing or preparing custom hair are NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of when you cancel your appointment.
Once your specialty appointment is booked and your custom hair deposit is paid, that deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these cancellation, deposit, and payment policies.
